Here is how you do it Put all your fresh ingredients into a blender and blend well. Add the fruit juices to liquefy the mixture. If the mixture is still too thick, add water to taste. The quantity specified here should add up to roughly 250 ml of fresh and tasty strawberry-banana smoothie. Serve slightly chilled. For your kids: Put the mixture into little moulds, then put a stick into the middle and put leave them in the freezer for a few hours at least – for delicious and healthy home-made ice-lollies.
